SUBJECT: Change Policy in Filing of Leave of Absence and Sick Leave

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is actively taking measures to mitigate the spread
of coronavirus in the workplace. Starting February 16, we will introduce the following
changes in our company policy with regard to filing from manual to online filling of leave of
absence and sick leaves. The online submission of forms shall be filed through the HR Intranet:

https://intranet.HR.dept.ph

In the Intranet, all employees can access HR templates like Leave Forms, Appraisal Templates,
Expense Forms, etc. Employees simply fill out the form on the intranet then it notifies the HR
managers and mark the request detail as approved or denied.

To ensure the continuity of business operations, all employees are kindly requested to follow
this rule diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe workplace in this unique environment.

If you have any inquires or concerns, please direct them to your designate.

Monthly Sales Manager’s Meeting

OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this meeting is to overview the company’s annual sales 2020,
budget plan report for 2021, and business activities for the month of January.

Discussion:
The total annual sales for has been reviewed at this meeting by Patricia Isabelle Viterbo. The
annual sales increased by 10% due to the successful Holiday sales period.

Conclusion:
The motion to accept the sales report was seconded and passed.

Discussion:

Inductivo. He presented an itemized list of the line items, with board members asking questions
periodically.
Conclusion:
The revised budget was seconded and passed.

Sales Performance

Discussion:
Luckie Norman Riego, HR Manager, presented an overview of the sales performance of the 10
newly hired employees. He stated that 7 out of 10 employees showed great sales performance
for the month of January.

Conclusion:
4 in favor, 1 opposed to Sales Training of employees.
