Galvanised Rib-Lath
Sin Yuan Galvanised Rib-Lath is Expanded Metal lath
strengthened by longitudinal steel ribs formed in the
same sheet of metal areas of the lath. It’s expanded by
cutting and stretching in the shaly metal. The ribs
being simultaneously roll-formed. The furring design
of the mesh provides an excellent background plaster
for construction of partitions, suspended ceilings and
refurbishment works.The advantages of rib lath over
metal lath is that the support centers can be increased
or widened.

Galvanised Corrugated Frame Tie

Sin Yuan Galvanised Corrugated Frame Tie is made from Galvanised Steel replacing heavy
convention "Fishtail" to act as reinforcement for block work and brickworks.
Fixed to wooden frame, steel frame, and concrete columns to ensure secure anchorage to
the surrounding masonry work.

Sin Yuan Super Frame Strap ( Brick Tie ) is made from Galvanised Steel replace heavy
convention " Fishtail " tie act to as reinforcement for brick and block walls embedded in
cement mortar at every fourth course (i.e. 400mm - 450mm brick/block height interval)

Angle Bead
Sin Yuan Angle Bead is used in plaster work for outside (external) corners of concrete column
or wall. It protects corner plastering against cracks and chipping and at the same time
provides a straight arise for better finishing.

Sin Yuan Galvanised Corner Plaster Beads are made in a variety of sizes and finishes. Metal
corner bead is particularly suitable for use in forming straight edges and exterior corners
when plastering for columns.

90° internal corners usually are the most difficult alignment aspect during wall
plastering. The lnner Bead is designed to give you a perfectly 90° straight and sharp
internal corner regardless whether the walls meet perfectly at the corner. Due to its
self aligning characteristic, it makes plastering of internal corners easier and more
efficient, thus saving both time and money.

In the construction industry context, 'Plaster Stop' was derived from its ability to terminate

Groove Joint
Groove joints are used to provide distinctively architectural pleasing break on any stucco wall
surface. Chamfered and vaulted reveals are an improvement over standard U - shaped stucco
reveals. These offer a new and more appealing look not only to the design aspect but also
improve mechanism for stucco embedment. Further on, this will enhance the bond between
the stucco and the joints to reduce separation at these locations.

Control Joint
Control joints are designed to relieve stress and control cracks on large surface area of a concrete
slab. These cracks were usually caused by expansion and contraction where excessive horizontal
movements occur. Control joints provide good spacing between concrete slabs. The built-in
cavity serves as a buffer for floor expansion on hot days and compression in cold days. A slab
without control joints will crack and reduce the lifespan of the concrete slab.

(Brick Mesh)
Sin Yuan Galvanised Exmet is an excellent reinforcement for
brick and block works. By embedding it into cement mortar at
every fourth joints, it forms an integral structure to absorb
stress and vibration in building.
It is manufactured from BS 729: 1971 (1994) “Specification for

hot - dipped galvanised coating on iron steel articles”.
Galvanised Stripmesh
Sin Yuan Galvanised Stripmesh is used as background
plaster to reinforce against plaster cracks and relieving
stress at joint at dissimilar surface. It also can be used to
cover over steel lintels and service chassis.
It is manufactured BS 443: 1982 conforming zinc coating of

steel articles specified by HDB’s requirements.

Galvanised welded wire mesh is made with
plain steel wire welded together in square
opening, then going through the hot dipped
zinc coating process. Designed for construction,
building reinforcement and fences, it enjoys
the feature of corrosion resistance compared
with plain black iron welded mesh. Galvanized
welded wire mesh can be fabricated into
constructional reinforcement panels, wire
mesh partitions, shelves and cages.
Stainless steel welded mesh wire is basically

used in industrial fencing purposes. It is made
up of stainless steel that has high strength and
integrity. This corrosion resistance meshed wire
is long lasting and is widely used in transporta-

Tortoise Shell Mesh has extensive application in chemical industry, petroleum,
