Dear Sirs

A PROPOSE ON CONDUCT A FIRST AID COURSE FOR STAFF MEMBERS

We are pleased to send you our request for you to conduct a short first aid course for the members
of our company staff. With an aim to minimize any work injuries and accidents among the staff
members. We would be really grateful if the first aid course covers bleeding control, asthma,
allergic reactions, glove removal, seizures, burns, bee stings, broken bones, and other life-
threatening emergencies.

This short course will be the first program for all the staff members and they were really excited
to participate. Therefore, we would like to propose it to be conducted on 28th June 2019 at our
company hall. We believe that this short course will help to provide a safer environment for the
staff members and increase their awareness of safety.

The plan of the proposal is as follows:

1. Programme Details

The details of the programme are as below:

Date: 28th April 2019

Course Length: about 5 hours
Venue: Lee Enterprise Hall
 2. Short Course Tools

Below are the things we provided for you to use during the short course:
a) Television
b) Wi-Fi
c) DVD player, and a remote for the DVD player
d) 40 Chairs and 6 large tables

3. Participants
a) The attendees of this short course are 30 staff members of our company.
b) They consist of 8 managers, 10 supervisors and 12 support staff.
c) All participants are healthy and does not have any health problems.

The short courses will surely help to improve the company staff knowledge on first aid and how
to practice them during emergency. Your agreement in conduct a short course on first aid will
surely help us in achieve this objective of the programme. If you are agreeable to this programme,
please reply to this letter of proposal latest by 20th May 2019.
