Project Reflection
Team Norms:
Our team norms were too basic, like “all members will finish their work and turn it
in,” so they were not specific enough. The team norms would have been more
helpful if we had been more specific about how we were to contact each other,
what to do if someone was sick, and make sure we had the same ideas.

Communication:
At the start of the project our communication was great however as school work
increased we talked less during the middle of the project and then tried to fix all
our problems in less then a week. If I had to do this project again I would
communicate more and even more importantly send daily pictures of progress
during the week

Design Changes/Edits/Corrections:
Most of our design flaws were minor like misplaced scoring podiums and tee off
pads or wrong colors for the layouts which were easily fixed. However one
problem that was caught too late to correct was that the sizing of hole 7 which
was a bit off and we just had to leave the dimenc\sions a bit smaller than wanted
