BCWS : Budgeted cost of work schedule PV = 300000000 X 0.25 = 75000000
BCWP: Budgeted cost of work performed EV=300000000 X 0.20 = 60000000
ACWP: Actual cost of work performed AC = 70000000 ( spent amount till date)
difference between plan and actual schedule SV= 60000000 / 75000000 = -15000000
SPI >= 1 Good for project schedule
SPI < 1 is bad for schedule SPI= 60000000 / 75000000 = 0.8
difference btwn exectetd spent and actual spent
Positive value is good -ve value is bad CV= 60000000 - 70000000 = -10000000
CPI>=1 good for sponsor
CPI<1 is bad CPI= 60000000 / 70000000 = 0.85

EAC = 300000000 / 0.85 = 352941176.47


>>+ve is project is within budget
-ve is project is out of budget and cost is more VAC = 300000000 - 352941176 = -52941176
ETC = 352941176 - 70000000 = 282941176

Negetive SV is bad project is not going well with planned schedule

reflect 80 % performance as per schedule. SPI >= 1 always good
