on building them a site.

Tasks
Rowena: engagement profile - which also includes constraints & risk chart and communication
plan chart. I can also take on engagement summary at the end.
Rey = Use case. That includes diagram and narrative.
Marek = Process model and narrative
Tatiana = stakeholder analysis / RACI Matrix
Sanjai = Root cause analysis.
Sanjai and Tatiana: context diagram. It includes as-is diagram. To-be diagram. And a little
narrative for each.

Stakeholders
Internal stakeholder: Craig and Brooke as owners. Sally and Oliver as staff. Professor (sponsor)
External stakeholders: Customers. Because they will be ultimately impacted by this project and
will be informed at the very least.
The project team is also a stakeholder. You can break that down to project manager and domain
experts in our case.
Domain experts can include web developer, ui/ux designer, digital marketing specialist or
whatever else our team is providing to them. You come up with actual job titles for the rest of us.
