    Subject: Application for being absent from TIP for Seven working days

    Respected Sir,

    I, M Safi Ikram, Student of AMM-2A with due respect I beg to state that I was not in a position
    to attend the University as I was down with Chicken-Pox from Thursday 2nd May ‘2019. Since it
    is a communicable disease, I have been advised quarantine and a few days complete rest which
    included seven working days of the University.
    Therefore I humbly request to kindly accept my application for the absentees from University
    from Thursday 2nd May ‘2019 to Friday 10th May ‘2019. Attached to this application is the
    doctor’s note for the sickness.
