7th and Last Merit List For DVM(Evening)

The following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission in DVM(Evening)
Degree Programme at University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore for the Academic
Session-2019, subject to the conditions as under:

1. The admission will be subject to the production of all relevant original Certificates /
documents/NIC/Form-B.

2. The University dues are to be deposited in the Habib Bank, Civil Line Branch. PLS
A/C No. 00427991793003 on obtaining the Deposit Slip from the Admission
Office , UVAS Lahore , up to 28-10-2019 , and must submit copy of the
Bank Deposit Slip in the admission office up to 04:00 pm for registration,
failing which the admission shall stand cancelled. Initially, all the students
will deposit non-boarder fee (Rs.126,630/-) as mentioned in the
prospectus. Students interested in availing the hostel facility, which is
available on limited basis, are advised to sign up the register in the
Admission Office.

3. The students enrolled in Pharm-D Degree Program will pay Rs.1000/ as Pharmacy
Council Registration Fee.

4. Students enrolled in DVM degree program shall pay Rs. 1200/ as Pakistan Veterinary
Medicine Council (PVMC) Registration Fee.

5. All newly admitted students are required to deposit Certificate Verification Charges
Rs. 4400/ in 1st semester from the Academic Session 2019-20 in addition to above
mentioned dues.

6. An attested affidavit of obeying UVAS rules and regulations on Rs. 20/- Stamp paper
will have to be submitted at the time of 1st enrollment (specimen of affidavit is
available on uvas website).
