Instructions to Candidates:
1. The candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of allotment order and report to the College allotted from
14.09.2023 to 16.09.2023(10.00 AM to 4.00 PM)
2. The candidate is required to submit a copy of allotment order and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of
allotment order from the college where the candidate has reported which shall be retained with the candidate.
3. Reporting at alloted college is compulsory to retain the present seat allotment,
4. The candidate must submit all the required certificates at the allotment college along with allotment order
and make payment of specified fee in the college.
5. If the candidate does not report at allotted college the provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy for the
next phase and the provisional allotment of 1st phase automatically stand cancelled and the candidate has no
claim on the seat now allotted.
6. The academic credentials now verified but if found false at later date, the candidate admission stands cancelled
and further he/she is liable for criminal prosecution.
7. Since the candidate is required to deposit original certificates in the college at the time of admission, the
candidate is advised to take sufficient number of Xerox copies of all academic certificates before
submitting the originals in the college”.

i) Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum of Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination
(Intermediate) with 50% aggregate marks English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and 47.5% in respect of
candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwD.

iii) SSC or its equivalent examination Certificate
iv) The Community Certificate in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Classes/ Scheduled Castes /
Scheduled Tribes, signed by the competent authority/Latest EWS certificate for the 2023-24 & older certificates
will summarily be rejected
v) Bonafide or Study certificates (6th class to Intermediate or its equivalent)
vi) Residence Certificate, if necessary
vii) Transfer Certificate from the College or School where the candidate last studied
viii) Form I and Form II, with evidence of land owned: Adangal/ 1B (or) Copy of Original Pattadar Passbook
ix) In case of candidates under Special Categories (CAP / NCC / PH / Sports & Games/Scouts & guides) the
original certificates issued by the competent authorities.
