My study entitled “Grammatical Competency of Grade 11 Students: Basis for Multimedia


Integration Activities” requires 150 Grade 11 students in three selected private Senior High Schools located
at Cabanatuan City. In connection to this, your school is chosen to be one of those schools. Regarding this,
may I ask your permission to allow 50 participating Grade 11 students to be part of the respondents of this
study?
Regarding this, I am writing to ask your good office to please provide me a copy of the master list
of Grade 11 students. This will be used in selecting 50 participating respondents for my study.
This in return will be of great help in making multimedia integration activities to be used by English
teachers and also, in helping the students to enhance their grammatical skills in reading, writing, speaking,
listening and viewing towards promoting quality education in senior high school. It would determine the
grammatical competency level of the Grade 11 students as basis for the development of the Multimedia
Integration Activities.
