To Whom It May Concern

This is a letter of recommendation for Flavio De La Torre. Flavio is currently an Accounting II student of mine.
He was also an Accounting I student of mine last school year. Flavio’s skills as an Accounting student have
increased tremendously throughout the past two school years.

As a business student, Flavio always shows a great deal of enthusiasm for the work he turns in. He receives
above average grades for them. He always has an outstanding responsibility manner about him. He is much
focused in class and pays special attention to the details in the work he turns in.

In addition to Flavio’s outstanding abilities as a business student, he also is employed as a bank teller at the Bear
Branch of the Merced School Employees Federal Credit Union. He has improved his skills of customer service,
communication, and money management by being employed at the credit union.

He is also very involved with California Scholastic Federation, FFA, and AVID, for which he received AVID student
of the year his freshman year in high school. Flavio also volunteers at Mercy Medical Center where he has
already accumulated 272 hours of community service. He is a very dependable and responsible young man. He
is maturing into a well-established young man.

Flavio is not only respected by his peers, but also by the staff at Merced High School. I am able to recommend
Flavio without reservation. He would bring both efficiency and integrity to anything he pursues.
