RE: Nicanor Garcia

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to recommend to you Nicanor Garcia. I have known Nicanor for seven months and have
had the pleasure of interacting with him as his Government/Economics teacher. He is a very humble, witty, and
an intelligent young man.

While at Merced High School Nicanor has maintained a 3.07 grade point average and has a career goal of
attending a four-year university and obtaining his Master’s degree in mathematics. With that degree he hopes
to find a career as a stock broker or in some area of finance.

Nicanor is a fine young man, very polite and respectful. He is always on time to class and ready to work when
class begins. He is very conscientious about his studies and is never late on his assignments. He has an excellent
attendance record as well, rarely missing school. Over the years at Merced High Nicanor has been very involved
in school activities, being a member of the Key Club for three years and a member of FFA one year.

I am very glad to recommend to you Nicanor Garcia. He exemplifies what it means to be Bear STRONG. He is a
fine student who has great potential in life. I am sure he will continue to do well and someday achieve all the
goals he has set for himself. He is an outstanding young man.
