Abstract
Go-kart, by definition, has no suspension and no differential. They are usually raced on
scaled down tracks, but are sometimes driven as entertainment or as a hobby by non-

of motor sport available. As a free-time activity, it can be performed by almost anybody and

parameters that can be altered to try to improve the competitiveness of the kart that also exist
in other forms of motor racing. This report documents the process and methodology to
produce a low cost go-kart which is comfortable, vulnerable, durable and complete in all
aspects by modeling in CAD software. The feasibility of the go-kart design was exanimate
through FEA software, cost report. The team focused on a technically vehicle which backed
performance designed and good manufacturing practices. The report approach, reasons,
selecting criteria and expected working of the vehicles parameters.
