Title: 350 mill motor to oil pump trip

Description of Breakdown:

350 mill motor stop due to oil pump 1 trip & oil pump 2 ( standby) high current

Action Taken:

- Electrical checking oil pump 1 and found breaker trip

- Check motor resistance unbalance and all phase short to ground

Check and found fuse 32A blown
Changed 3 pcs of fuse 40A which was found blown
- Switch on oil pump no 2 and trip after a few minute due to high amp (33.5 Amp)
- Check resistance motor oil pump no 2 … ok balance
- Decide to changed spare motor oil pump no 1
- Check rotation and running amp ok …9.8 A

Improvement Plan:

To follow Schedule change pump alternately every 1 month once

Need to changed old fuse type to Circuit breaker and oveload
Need to services the motor every 1 year
