good morning my name is emilce lagos. Colombia is a country full of tourist

attractions so it was very difficult to choose which part to visit since they are
all a great temptation.
I am in Boyaca decided to highlight the town of Boyacá where it is
characterized by its beautiful traditions, we can highlight that Visitors from
different parts of the country and from abroad, enjoy the beauty and landscape
of a small town built within a city, which has been cataloged as cultural
heritage of the nation. In the holiday season of December and January, the
visitor numbers surpass those of previous years, with about 13 thousand
people, according to reports delivered by the Administration of Pueblito
Boyacense.

23 years ago, in 1992, José Ricardo Bautista Pamplona, former Secretary of

Culture and Tourism of Boyacá, devised a great project that two decades later,
has become one of the major tourist attractions in the region and the country:
El Pueblito Boyacense .
At that time, Bautista's goal was to create a town in the full sense of the word,
within Duitama, where composers, musicians, writers, artisans, sculptors and
all lovers of art and culture would live. Then, together with his closest
collaborators, they undertook the search of the land in different mountains of
the city.
