    I agree with this post since it outlines the issue of change in a very comprehensive way. It

    depicts that change is the only thing in this life. Changes are essential in that they describe the

    direction that a company will undergo both internally and externally. The most important thing

    is concentrating on the techniques and principles which can be used to bring about change.

    Communication is another critical factor in the process of change. It is important to focus on the

    informing part of communication so as to make employees feel comfortable.
