    Neg. - 100 % of the red blood cells at the bottom of the column
    +/- 100 % of the red blood cells in the lower third part of the column.
    1+ 80 % of the red blood cells in the lower two third parts of the column.
    Pos. 2+ 80 % of the red blood cells in the upper two third parts of the column.
    3+ 80 % of the red blood cells in the upper third part of the column.
    4+ Agglutinated cells at the top of the gel
