The Waste Management Program is divided into four Committees, in compliance
with the 4E’s of Waste Management:

First off, The Education Committee handles all the CG3 Orientations,
Dissemination of handbooks/ handouts, and Workshops and trainings on strategies
of Solid Waste Management: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (such as paperless
communication, recycling of used coffee and eggshells for vermiculture feeds, and
the Food for Life Program). The Education Committee is also in charge of the
Power Conservation Program (e.g. Observance of Earth Hour everyday.

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce to you the head of the Education

And now, for the Enforcemnt Committee. This Committee takes care of the
incentive programs, holding of various competitions such as the Best 5S Award,
Christmas Décor made from recycled items Contest, and the Super Green Me

Smoking Policy).

I would like to present to you the head of the Enforcement Committee, which is no

Garden sa may rooftop? This group is no other than the Engineering MRF

This committee generates sales from all recyclables and non-biodegradable items
to support various EMS programs and activities (mention tissue holders, bags
made from yellow pages, tarpaulin bags, etc. Also mention selling of used cooking
oil to recyclers and retailers). Diba totoo nga ang kasabihang “May pera sa
basura”?
All these efforts are headed by no other than Ms. Avec Dacumos.
