1. TITLE: Interactive Mobile Gaming

2. RATIONALE/ PROBLEM STATEMENT: Online game addiction has ended up a common

(a) Participant: This workshop would help them gain knowledge or orient them as how we would
tackle the problems of overusing/overplaying mobile games.

(b) Company: Doing this workshop will help the company to endorse themselves in the eyes of
the public. Doing this kind of charitable act, would help their company, being trusted by the
community.

(c) Community: The community would benefit too in this workshop, especially those people who
are not yet addicted on playing games, would definitely have the idea about those sort of things,
and will possibly avoid them to do so.
(d) Organization: This workshop will help the organizations to perform more charitable events in
different places and help other people whose encountering different kind of problems that need
to be addressed.

5. Expected Outcomes

We expected that after this program or workshop , all the people that has participated on this
program will realized the bad effects that addiction on mobile gaming can do. We expect that
they would really understand how worse it could be to be addicted in mobile games that would
lead them to suffer mentally. And also those persons whose starting to be addicted on playing
mobile games would realized the outcomes if they'll continue to do it. And lastly, they would
realized that it's okay to play games but being interactive is a must.

6. Technical Requirements

(a) Cost: 10,00

The expenses that will be covered in the workshop are the rent for the venue, probably would
take at least 2,000 pesos for 2-5 hours event. And then the materials that would be needed for
the event such as chairs, speakers and payment for the staffs that will handle the technical
stuffs. Also the food that will be serves to the people who will go to the workshop.

as playing videos. Person who will be assigned to served food to the viewers, persons that will
invite the persons inside the event and persons who'll be in charge incase of trouble.

E. Time and Duration

The expected time duration of the event is 2-5 hours. From preparing of the event up until it
ends.

7. PROCEDURE/ INSTRUCTIONS

• Prepare all the things that will be needed to the event.

• Assigned people to prepare the food to be served.
• Assigned people to ready all the things that will be used for the talk.
• Assigned people who'll start to invite people to come inside of the event.
• We'll start the workshop after 2 hours of preparation.
• After an hour, we'll start serving the food to the listeners.
• Will continue the workshop for an hour.
• After the talk ends, we'll start to wrap things up for 1 hour.

8. SUMMARY/ RECOMMENDATIONS

After the event we'll expect that we successfully oriented each of the people who were inside
the event about our aim, which is to address this mobile games addiction and how it will help a
person to avoid doing such. We successfully, reach our goals and properly executed the
workshop event. And help those people whose already suffering in mental health problem due
to mobile games addiction. We successfully, rendered our service towards the listeners and
gave them the satisfaction that they wanted to receive in the event. In future workshop events,
we'll try to engaged on more scale of people to help them be oriented and successfully reached
all of our goals.

ON FINDING MEANING IN LIFE /
FEELING LOST
1 Title: Milk Tea for ProspereTea!

2. Rationale/Problem Statement: Having difficulties in finding the meaning of life as well as

feeling lost is normal for people who are suffering from certain circumstances wherein they
would feel so different or left out from the society such as those suffering from mental illness,
poverty, disability, being unemployed, etc. The mere fact that lack of activities to keep the
persons mentioned above accommodated even leads to the aggravation of what they feel. It is
likely to say that feeling lost, as well as having difficulties in finding the meaning of life can be
related to having depression, and such when not tackled immediately can lead to suicide or
even substance abuse. However, we believe that with proper orientation, as well as providing
such people activities that would make them accommodated, they would eventually find the
meaning to their life and get back to the right track instead of feeling lost.

3. Objectives/Goals:
● To help people suffering from poverty and improve their lives.
● To help people find a meaning or purpose in life through entrepreneurship and charity.
● To help people feeling lost get back on the right path by providing them means or
activities to keep them accommodated.
● To orient people that not being employed shouldn't be a reason to doubt the existence of
their purpose in life because there are other means to earn income.

4. Significance to the

● Participants - This program would help them gain knowledge as to how to tackle by
themselves the problem towards feeling lost or having difficulties in finding the meaning
of their life by means of resourceful activities.
● Company - This kind of program would help the company by the means that it's
charitable acts can make the company name close to the hearts of the consumers in the
market.
● Community - The community will be the most benefited by this program thus with the
help of this workshop activities, it is more likely that their community will have more
resourceful constituents, and the prosperity in them will rise these productive citizens
take part of developing a very nice community.
● Organization - Having been able to execute the program successfully the organization
will gain more experience and knowledge towards activities that engage with the public.
Aside from that, they will gain more credibility on performing such acts, as well as
probable inflow of donations to the organization.
5. Expected Outcome: We expect that after this program or activity the people who will
participate will eventually realize some things and start to work hard to keep themselves
accommodated. We expect that those suffering from mental illnesses can find an activity to
keep them accommodated so they won't be flooded with negative thoughts, Those suffering
from having difficulties on finding the meaning to their life because of certain disabilities will
realize that despite their inabilities, there is more to life that they can still do and work on. And
lastly, those feeling lost because of being unemployed will get back on the right track as being
unemployed is not the end for everyone especially to those adults discharged with
responsibilities because there are still other means to earn.

6. Technical Requirements :

(a) Cost- The estimated cost for the program would fall around 20,000 pesos since the
powdered milk costs 2,000 per box which contains 100 sachets, condensed milk can be
bought for 1,000 per box which contains 25 cans and tea costs 500 per box which
contains 125 pcs of tea bags that later on will be brewed into milk tea. Other ingredients
such as sugar, tapioca pearls, as well as the cups to be used can be bought at a very
low price on a wholesale, aside from that other material that will be needed for the
process of creating milk tea as well as the whole program like thermos and thermos will
just be borrowed from the volunteers for the program and the local government unit
concerned.

(d) Manpower - To execute the program, at least 10 people would be needed, 1 will be
assigned for the sound system, 2 as the facilitator of the program as well as the key
speaker, 5 will be in charge of teaching how to brew a milk tea, other 1 will be in charge
 of the security as well as utility. The other 1 shall be a professional psychologist who will
serve as a special guest speaker to the program.
(e) Time/ Duration - The program would take an approximate 1 hour and 30 minutes,
assuming that there would be no interruptions.

7. Procedure / Instructions :
● The program would be communicated to the local government unit including the venue
and the same will be asked to announce the same to the constituents.
● Before the date of the program, the selected venue will be set-up and checked
accordingly.
● On the date of the program itself, participants will start to enter the barangay court and
will be guided to respective seats accordingly by the facilitator for the program.
● The main speaker will start the program with a prayer and a little chat quickly followed by
the speech of the special guest speaker.
● After the speech of the special guest speaker, a video about the importance and benefits
of entrepreneurship will be played. Then;
● The main program of teaching how to brew milk tea shall start accordingly, participants
will be grouped into 5 and will be taught accordingly.
● After being taught, the participants will be given the chance to brew the milk tea by
themselves.
● After that particular event, the main speaker will give a speech as to how to they can use
the knowledge they have gained to start a business or even have a job, and then to
eventually start finding meaning into their life. After the speech;
● The program will be ended by prayer and the brewed milk tea by the participants shall
be taken home by them.
● The area will be cleaned by the whole team, and the workshop activity is done.

8. Summary/ Recommendation: After the program is done, all of those people who participated
that is suffering from feeling lost and having difficulties of finding the purpose for their life will be
somehow enlightened by the speech provided by the speakers and will gain a new skill which
they can use to either keep them accommodated or to sustain a livelihood. For future
organizations to conduct the same, it is highly recommended that more psychologists be asked
to join the program and do free observations and consultation so that the existing problems to
those people who seems to be unaffected by speeches and activities can be addressed
accordingly.

ON THE VALUE OF FAMILY
1. TITLE: Family Day

2. RATIONALE/ PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Ideally, our families are those whom we will continuously depend on for back, from whom we
draw quality and criticism, for whom we feel cherish and concern, and with whom we feel near
and comfortable, transparently sharing contemplations and feelings. But when family issues
emerge, it cause negative feelings such as uneasiness, pity and outrage. Family individuals
may moreover feel confined, confounded, depleted and pushed when they involvement family
issues. However, we believe that if one person from the family will realize/ know the true values
of family, they would eventually find the reason why they should not let a one single family
problem destroy them.

3. OBJECTIVES/GOALS:

• To help people know that the essence of the family should not be disregarded.

• To help people learn how they should lean on each other, especially when one family member
has a problem.

• To help people understand that a simple affection can could help one family member.

• To educate the people that our family is important and the thing that we should cherish for.

4. SIGNIFICANCE TO THE

(a) Participant: This workshop would help them establish a good foundation on their family.

(b) Company: Doing this workshop will help them to showcase their company by doing this
charitable act such as giving importance to your family.

(c) Community: The community would benefit in this workshop, especially the parents will know
how they should guide their kids, knowingly that kids these days prefer to be more isolated than
to interacts with the family members.

(d) Organization: This would help the organizations, especially those organizations that
specialized family problems because they will have a brief idea what to do, when guiding one
family about their problems.
5. Expected Outcomes : We expect that after this program, the participants will eventually
realize the importance or value of a family. This in a way will not only help the participants to
develop solitude in their families, but it might as well help the whole community where the
program will be done as a society with fine homes, can lead to much productive citizens and
prosperous engagements. The speeches that will be done shall touch the very heart of all
participants and will implant a knowledge as how they can strengthen their family, and how
much valuable is it. Other activities such as games hopefully will serve as a start to deepen the
relationships of all family participants by the means of bonding and activities as a family.

6. Technical Requirements

(a) Cost: The estimated cost for the program would be around 20,000 considering that the price
for the games portion of the program would give away a price worth 15,000 php in goods. Aside
from that the free meal that will be given to the participants as well as the volunteers will cost an
approximate 3,000 php. Meanwhile the Miscellaneous Expenses would only cost the entire
organization an amount not exceeding to 2,000 php.

C. Venue : The program would be done on the multipurpose hall of the barangay which will be

options but it will also help assure that the program will flow smoothly as the same is secured,
with roofs, and electricity.
D. Manpower : The program would need a total of 7 persons for it to be executed properly, 1
would be in incharge as the main speaker, 2 persons would be in charge of the technical
system, 2 would be assigned to facilitate the giving of prizes and meals, while the other 2 will
facilitate the games.

E. Time and Duration : If there would be no delaying events such as brown-out or emergency
situations which requires the interruption of the program, it would 2 hours to be completed, 45
minutes for the speech of the main speaker, 15 minutes for meal, and 1 hour for the games and
giving of prizes.

7. PROCEDURE/ INSTRUCTIONS
● The program will be communicated to the barangay or local government unit of the
community which will be the subject of the program.
● Once approved, the locals will be informed for the event via posters and
announcements.
● 2 days before the program, all the materials needed will be bought and finalized.
● 1 day before the program, the venue will be set-up .
● On the day of the program, the event will start by the main speaker engaging talks to the
participants.
● The main speaker will then do his speech about the importance and value of having a
family and keeping it strong.
● After the speech, meals will be given to the participant and the volunteers.
● After the meal, the first game will start which is the sack race ( families vs
families.)
● After the sack race, the second and last game will start which is the passing of flour
through a spoon in the mouth ( families vs families )
● After the games, points will be consolidated and winners will be announced.
● Once announced, the winners will be given the prizes. Lastly;
● The program will be ended.

8. SUMMARY/ RECOMMENDATIONS : This program ensured that some sense is entouched to

heart of the participants, the knowledge that the speech given will help them realize the
importance of family, the value of having a strong one, and what to do in order to keep it strong.
Meanwhile the games sure did made the participants realize that there could be fun with
activities together with the family, thus strengthening the eagerness between the family
participants to have a time for bonding, aside from that, the whole program in itself surely
provided the participants to have a quality time as a family. To the future organizations who
would want to execute the same program, it is highly recommended that more games, and
prizes be added in order that more family will be encouraged to participate, and the event will be
more enjoyable.
