Introduction

According to the study conducted by the University in India, the outbreak of

coronavirus is significantly impacting industries across the globe, with the music
and entertainment industry being no exception. With the implementation of
lockdowns across all states as a way of containing the spread of the virus, public
gatherings have been prohibited and theatres, cinemas, music festivals, shows and
concerts have been closed or cancelled indefinitely.

Hence, even after the lockdowns are lifted, the call for social distancing
might become a norm and the ripple effects will have serious implications for the
people in the entertainment industry who survive on production and distribution of
music and movies and the allied live events.

Our team is promoting a promising world as we tend to make everyone

happy including those people who are not allowed to go outside. This pandemic
will never stop the Filipino including us – HUMANISTA!

We have been very busy since the first day of our program. Everyone is
participating as we really wanted to give happiness to those who are in need. As
we move to the next phase of our program, we gave entertainment program to ease
the pain and burden brought by the pandemic.

As our team conquers the pick of our success for this program, we
specifically prepared the following steps for us to be able to deliver our
service/program smooth:

1. Think about the purpose and target audience of our event.

Our first plan is to give personal protective equipment to the people of Brgy.
Marao, Padre Burgos, Quezon but suddenly change to entertainment program
where we will entertain people in an online platform. We tried to connect with
them on social media platforms like TikTok, whereas more established channels
like Facebook work better for older crowds.

2. Set an event budget.

The aim of our program is to raise funds to help the people of our chosen
charity where we can entertain them as much as possible. This fund is for r a
charity or good cause.

3. Decide on the date and platform.

Our team think about the date for our entertainment program and the
platform to be used during the presentation.

4. Consider the content of your event.

Our team would like to produce an entertain program where we can make
every individual happy in times of pandemic.

5. Plan health and safety measures.

It is noteworthy to include in this reflection the planning stage of our team,

as we secure everyone is safe and healthy. Although all our communication is
online. We set an intimacy by means of kumustahan. This will secure everyone is
in good condition while doing the tasks.

6. Promote, promote, promote.

Teaser campaigns and early-bird offers are both great ways to create a buzz.
We help everyone promote the program to get support from people outside our
community.

Relate

It is good to entertain someone amidst of the pandemic. We are so much in

pain. Everyone is reeling to the negativity brought by the COVID – 19. We forgot
to smile because there is a big problem that we are now facing. It is interested to
note that many are suffering from depression and anxiety. Many commits suicide
because they forgot how to be happy. Everyone deserves to be happy.

Evidently, many people wanted to be entertained so that they can be able to

relax and feel comfortable again. This program will help them to rejuvenate. Even
us, students, we felt the same depression and anxiety. Many works to do but at the
end of the end of the day, there is always a rainbow after the rain.

As we prepared the program, we are doing this not only for the sake of our
grades and compliance but for us to also expose, relive, and revive our lasting faith
there is a better world after the pandemic.

Reflect

As we envisioned, this pandemic will stop, and we will rise again. We are
giving hope, happiness, and camaraderie to everyone who are involved. Many
Filipinos got no food to eat, depressed, got no work. These challenges are ones that
we, as a nation, as a world, will have to work together on. Multiple countries are
affected, and it is now a global effort to stop this issue. Now for the gifts, we believe
that these are gifts from God. First, the leaders of the countries are doing their best
to help their country. Other gifts are the brave front liners, everyday people who
became heroes due to their vital roles in this issue. The last gifts are us, us who are
aware and are trying to help, in whatever way we can to solve this problem.

As part of our endeavor, it is our duty to help them amidst of this pandemic.
We cannot create a job for them, food to offer but we can make them happy.
Happiness is more than the money can offer but happiness is an absolute value of
giving a better smile. This entertainment program is really an amazing one to help
everyone cope with their depression and anxiety. As we always manifest….
