INTRODUCTION
1.1. Background
A fundraising event is a social event that provides the society with support
for a good cause. By definition, a fundraising event is defined as a social
gathering that raises money for the nonprofit organization (Klein 2000). This
involved requesting attendance for a fee or ticket charge, but offering some form
of entertainment in exchange (Greenfield 2002). This event is also held in hope to
provide an opportunity to develop new stakeholders, and to strengthen
relationships of current supporters.
With the continuous spread of the COVID-19 across the entire world, we
are determined to establish an event that would not only bring benefit to one’s
health, but to also spread awareness of the plight of others that are infected by the
COVID-19. We believe that spreading knowledge and giving solutions to people
will make them more likely to help others and spread positivity to people around
the world.
We found that most people experiencing this pandemic are stuck at home.
Gyms are closed and instructors are hard to come by which gave us the idea of
solving two problems with one solution. This event was set up to give the people
staying at home an idea to get fit while simultaneously donating their money for a
good cause. If we were to achieve our goals and even further beyond that, it
would tell the world that there is still hope to see a cure and it may even
encourage others to follow our steps which will make the quest to find the cure of
COVID-19 much faster to end to all this misery, and to end the lockdown
imposed on all of us to return to normalcy.
Our organization may not be the biggest contributor, but we are still going
to do our part in saving those that need it the most in this current situation, and
stemming the tide of infections by giving everything we can when asking people
to help our cause.
1.2. Objectives of the Event
The target participants for our seven-days charity event are people of all
age with an interest in the sport field. In addition, the expected total number of
participants of this event is 700 participants with around 100 participants joining
each day.
The registration fee to join the sport activities in the Healthy Heroes event
costs Rp150.000 per person; this includes a starter kit that will be given to all
participants before the event starts. While the costs to join the webinar session is
Rp20.000 per person.

The chart above shows the prediction of the number of starter kit packages
that we are required to sell in order to cover the expenses of the starter kit
packages. As it is seen from the chart above, to cover the expenses that we spent
for the starter kit, we need to sell at least 20 starter kits; this is our breakeven
point. In the case where the targeted sale is below the breakeven point, then we
will make a loss. Meanwhile, if the sales is above the breakeven point, then we
will generate profit.
The chart above shows the expected participants in the webinar in order to
cover the expenses, including the fixed cost and variable costs. As seen in the
chart above, a total of 100 participants is targeted in this webinar. Thus, we need
to have
at least
65
participants, which is the break even point, to cover the expenses of the webinar.
If the participants below break even points, then we will make a loss. However, if
the number of participants exceeds the break even point, then a contribution will
be made.
2.10.2. E-Brochures
As can be seen nowadays, most people are using social media as a tool to
promote their event, their brand, their products, and simply using social media for
fun. Therefore, we believe that the use of social media such as Twitter, Instagram
and Facebook helps to increase participant’s awareness of our event.
Our website, which is www.healthyheroes.com will provide more
information about the event as well as the vision and mission of this event. In this
website, we will also provide a registration form for participants to fill in to join
our event.
2.11. Intermediary
To host the Healthy Heroes event, we will use Pro Zoom Meeting as it is
suitable during this current pandemic situation which requires everyone to
minimize their physical contact with one another. As through this app, we can
hold a meeting at any time, anywhere and with up to 100 people, our target
participants every day, around the world without having any physical contact.
Through this app, we can also record the whole event where it can then be used as
our documentation.

As shown in the table above, the cost that the sponsors need to spend is
equivalent to the benefits they will get. Thus, the more the sponsors will spend,
the more benefits they will get in return.
This hereby concludes our proposal and hope that all parties involved in this event
are satisfied with the information and terms that we have provided. We also hope that all
of the parties involved can cooperate and take part in this event and support it throughout
its course. With the support of our backers, we hope that the event will run smoothly with

COOPERATION AGREEMENT
No. : 002/EVENT/HH/II/2020
In this agreement the mentioned party legitimately acts for the Healthy Heroes hereinafter in
this agreement will be mentioned as the FIRST PARTY.
In this agreement legally acting on and on behalf of PT. Dettol where hereinafter will
be mentioned as the SECOND PARTY.
The FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY agreed to cooperate in the event called
Healthy Heroes by Representative of Healthy Heroes with the provisions as stated in the
following agreement.
CLAUSE 1
PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
1. This agreement contains general terms and conditions of cooperation between the two
parties, parties in all aspects of achieving common goals.
2. Both sides agree to work together and build closer working relationships to achieve a
common goal.
CLAUSE 2
DURATION OF AGREEMENT
1. This agreement only covers from 14th September 2020 to 20th September 2020 with the
provisions between the two parties jointly at Healthy Heroes.
2. This Letter of Cooperation Agreement is effective and binding after the Letter of
Cooperation Agreement is signed by both parties and will end on the 20 th September
2020.
CLAUSE 3
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY
1. FIRST PARTY obligated to fulfill the Exposure Demand of the sponsors that have
agreed to support the organization.
2. FIRST PARTY is obligated to use products/services that are provided by the sponsors in
accordance to their contract.
3. FIRST PARTY is obligated to answer any questions given to them by their sponsors to
minimize any and all miscommunication.
4. FIRST PARTY is obligated to provide the necessary infrastructure/distribution methods
for the sponsors to do their part effectively.
CLAUSE 4
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SECOND PARTY
1. SECOND PARTY is obligated to supply their products in accordance to the contract that
they have signed to work with the FIRST PARTY.
2. SECOND PARTY is obligated to provide the agreed upon promotion efforts that they
have agreed upon.
3. SECOND PARTY is obligated to stay in the event for as long as it lasts or for as long as
their contract states.
4. SECOND PARTY is obligated to cooperate with FIRST PARTY in areas such as
distribution for the most effective method of cooperation.
CLAUSE 5
FORCE MAJEURE
1. What is meant by Force Majeure are government regulations, riots, accidents, wars
(announced or not), natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and all events
beyond the control of all human beings relating to the implementation of this agreement.
2. If an event occurs that is a Force Majeure, as defined in article 5 paragraph 1, the party
affected by Force Majeure must submit a notification accompanied by a complete written
statement regarding the incident to the other party no later than seven calendar days
Indonesian National since the event of the Force Majeure.
3. If the party affected by Force Majeure becomes unable to carry out the obligation or
fulfill its responsibilities in this agreement either as a whole or in part, both parties will
be consulted regarding the appropriate course of action for taken, including suspension or
termination of the agreement.
CLAUSE 6
ARBITRATION
1. Both parties will try to solve every problem, dispute, controversies or claims which may
arise from this agreement naturally go through direct negotiations based on good faith,
mutual trust and integrity.
2. If peaceful efforts through the negotiation process are not successful, then the problem
arises can be referred to the arbitration process based on Indonesian Law and an
arbitration decision is made as a final decision on a dispute or a claim that is binding on
both parties.
CLAUSE 7
ET CETERA
1. All that is not sufficient and not yet covered in this Letter of Cooperation and / or any
modifications to this Cooperation Agreement will be determined together between the
parties in the form of a written agreement so as to be an integral part of it not
withstanding this Agreement.
CLAUSE 8
CLOSING
1. This agreement was made by both parties on paper which is stamped using two REAL
duty stamps, which have the same legal force. One for the FIRST PARTY and one other
for the SECOND PARTY.
2. This Letter of Cooperation Agreement is made and agreed upon by both parties aware,
voluntary, and without coercion from any party.
