STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

The respondents need an awareness and knowledge about this pandemic. In order for
them to prevent the virus, this team voluntarily conducts a seminar and charity program for
150 families in Barangay Dalandanan, Valenzuela City.
Our goal is to create awareness and prevention for preparedness on Covid-19. To ensure
that every attendees is knowledgeable on what they need to do this pandemic. And also we
want to send reliefs for their basic needs like food and hygiene kit for covid.

MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS

The charity program and our desired result inclusively good for One Hundred Fifty (150)
families in Barangay Dalandanan, Valenzuela City where they are given a ticket indicated a
schedule and serve as their pass to attend the seminar. The seminar will start at ___________
and end at ___________ on October 30, 2020. The target fund will cover to One Hundred Fifty
Thousand (P 150,000). The estimated budget per families is P 1,000 for groceries and the
excess are budget for the other expenses in seminar.
Since we are conducting seminars, we wants every audience enjoy, feeling comfortable
and being able to see, hear and react to what’s going on. Feel secure is one of the priorities of
this project. Since we are in this pandemic pandemic, we will make sure that every audience
must be sanitized, wearing mask and also applying Social Distancing. And also we want them
to learn, we as a team wants our attendees when they leave has something new inside their
minds and we want our audience know how and why what they are learning will benefit
them. And last we will distribute reliefs for the basic needs for this pandemic. We will conduct
a good seminar talk with professionalism. We invited guest speakers who are experts in the
relevant field to give credibility to the information being presented.
Team work and collaboration with the team is the way we used to make this project
become successful. Being able to reach the goal, this is because our team working together
and we have a common task. Since this is a pandemic and everyone must be safe, we set and
communicate clear goals for all the discussion, we also consistently follow the rules and
respect the other opinion. And for that we are confident that this project would be successful.
