Vilkyškiai rural community is an organization that unites people from several villages for

common activities. They organize leisure time activities for youth and various cultural events for
locals, enabling them to have a richer cultural life. The community also provides support and
assistance for people experiencing social exclusion. Part of the necessary funding for these activities
comes from national and EU funds, while the other part is earned by collecting, drying and
packaging various wild herbs. Vilkyškiai rural community offers unique tea blends, which were
created by well-known Lithuanian phytotherapist Virgilijus Skirkevičius, who oversees the entire
production process. Their wide tea selection consists of teas for everyday use, as well as teas that
help treating illnesses. The offered teas are ecological and marked with the Eco sign. They also
have the Certification of National heritage.

Mociškiai farmstead apiary is a team of people who uphold the old local beekeeping traditions,
using modern technologies. The apiary produces not only traditional bee products, such as honey,
pollen, bee bread and propolis, but also various honey mixtures with lyophilized (freeze-dried)
berries and herbs. It is a great and healthy product, very well-liked by kids and grownups.
