special discount of 20% of the old productions , and for the new ones we can give you a discount of 7%.

delivered after that time .

Dear Ms Popa ,

Order no.HJ-094598

I am writing in connection with our above-mentioned order. On checking the six trucks sent by you , we
have found out that five of them contained the correct merchandise , which arrived in good condition
.However , we regret to inform you that in the last truck we found expired products.We can presume
that the contents of the last truck where put by mistake .

Please resolve this situation as quickly as possible , if you don’t replace the wrong products we will be
obliged to refer to the Penalty Clause stipulated in our contract.

I hope everything will be resolved and we will a better cooperation in the future.

company , due to this damage we will rise your discount from 7% to 10% for the new products.We
already have given clear instructions to our agents so that such things may not happen again .
