is working as senior lecturer in electrical engineering at Jigjiga University. I know him for the past Five
years as best teacher. I gauged his innate abilities and found him strong on the concepts and applying
them to tackle the problems.

He worked as Director of campus Service Directorate of Campus, student coordinator, lab coordinator
and research committee member. He is highly motivated, eager for cognizance and is always on the
lookout to learn something new. He is a very intelligent teacher in the electrical department, receptive
to new ideas and lucid in his presentations. Also, his communication was flawless. In addition, He has a
great zeal for development of department. I remember, he always talks to me about furthering his
education and research in wireless communication.

To say in a nutshell, Mr. Kassahun Mehammed possess high level of moral and ethical standards, self-
confidence, technological skills, communication skills, leadership skills and always motivated to take up
new challenges and l am always galvanized with him. I am sure his talents will be utilized and proven in
