    During the time that Russ Villanueva Jr. I has worked for me, I have seen that 
    he is an individual who shows up earlier than asked, works hard, and carries 
    himself in a polite, respectful manner. In addition Russ Villanueva Jr. Is a 
    devout employee who has always presented himself with levelheadness and 
    grace, who always go the extra mile. I am highly confident that with the level of 
    motivation, knowledge and dedication that I know of him, he will continue his
