P3HT
We have successfully synthesis P3HT solution by
using Iron Chloride (FeCl3) as catalyst, and prepared

the film by using spin coating method. The optical
parameters such as absorbance, refractive index and

extinction coefficient as well as FTIR spectrum, PL

spectra, Raman shift, surface morphology of the
P3HT film have been investigated. XRD results
10000 showed film have (100) preferred orientation. The
optical band gap values of P3HT was found 1.9 eV.
