diobservasi oleh Jonathan (menggunakan batik). Ulfah (mengguanakn baju formal) bertemu dengan Ardyan
(seragam PLN)

Ulfah Assalamualaikum. Good morning everyone, it is nice to give a warm greeting again to all of you.
Now I just arrived at rajabasa residence to meet Mr Ardyan, the Commerce Manager to discuss
about the PLN Marketing.
Good morning Mr Ardyan
Ardyan Oh hallo Ulfah, it's great to meet you here
Ulfah Thank you sir, Is it okay for us to come with you this morning?
Ardyan That's okay. What a perfect time! Today we have , Mr Jonathan from YLKI
Ulfah Oh hello Sir
Ardyan So, this is one of the location target for our marketing day program Ulfah.
(walking side by side)
Ulfah Marketing day? Could you explain me more Sir?
Ardyan Marketing day is program for PLN employee to meet the customers to promote our services. You
can see, our staff are visiting the costumer (shoot the employee)
Ulfah Ohh yaah..
But why? PLN has already had enough costumer service facility, right? Like PLN Mobile, CC
123?
Ardyan Yaah Ulfah..
But if we see it deeper, nowadys the electricity market has quickly changed. Customers need a
better services. So we must also change the way we run our marketing business. (shoot the
employee more detail)
Ulfah Yes I see. And Mr Jonathan
So what is your opinion?
Jonathan I think it is a good solution for the customer to have an update information on how to get
electricity service easily. Because some PLN customer didn't well informed about PLN's
program.
Ulfah Yes I got it
We all hope that this program could bring a positive impact for the people.
