Goal: Demonstrate competencies in providing care and support to infants, toddlers,


children, elderly and persons with special needs.

Role: You are all expected to perform the role of Family Nutritionist and Dietician

Audience: Your customers/ consumers are infants, toddlers, children, elderly and persons
with special needs

Situation: On March 13, 2019, there will be a food bazaar in the campus as part of the
celebrations of Women’s Month and World Home Economics Day. As a family
nutritionist and dietician, it is a good venue to promote healthy eating. Taking
advantage of this opportunity, you will join the bazaar.

Provisions:
A. Schedule:
March 12, 2019 – Store and Product Display (Advertising Paraphernalia)
March 13, 2019 – Actual Selling or Actual Product Display
B. Minimum Number of Pax: 50
C. Mode of Delivery: Free Tasting or Selling
D. Products and Advertising Paraphernalia should be evaluated by the customers/
consumers
E. Materials to be provided: 1 Table per group
