Personal atenton of the Deputy Director of District Treasury, Srikakulam and Chitoor
is invited to the subject and references cited.
In view of the Circumstances explained by the Deputy Director , District Treasury, Srikakulam
and Chitoor, permission is here by accorded to dismantle the waste material ,un useful records and
un-serviceable artcles which are available in their premises due to Cleaning of Record room of
District Treasury Ofce, Srikakulam and Demolishing of the old Divisional Sub Treasury ofce
Building, Tirupat, Chitoor (Dist.).
In this connecton, the Deputy Director, District Treasury, Srikakulam and Chitoor is here by
instructed to remit the sale proceeds to the government account and take acton according to the
artcle 142 of Andhra Pradesh Financial Code Volume I and submit the compliance report to this
ofce in this regard.
