Personal attention of all the DDs of District Treasuries in the state is

drawn to the above subject. They are informed that, the Commissioner of PR
& RD Dept., has requested this office regarding mapping of bills in respect of
Village Secretariat Functionaries were created and successfully submitted at
DDO request level and the same is not reflecting in BLM tile duly popping the
message as “Approver not found”.

All the DDs of the DTs are hereby requested to issue necessary
instructions to all the concerned officers at Dist Treasury and STOs for mapping
the HOA: 2515-00-198-00-53-300-301 to respective staff members of the
concerned sub treasury in the workflow in order to Admit/Process the bills.
