With reference to your letter No. cited above, I would like to convey herewith
Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction of the Governor of Mizoram amounting to Rs.
3,11,16,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Eleven Lakh Sixteen Thousand only) as State Matching Share
against the central release of fund amounting to Rs.2800.42 lakh as Tranche – I of State Water
Action Plan (SWAP) under AMRUT 2.0 for FY 2023-24.

The expenditure is debitable under the head of account:-

4217 - CO on Urban Development
01 - State Capital Development
051 - Construction
(02) - AMRUT
02 - SMS for AMRUT/State
(53) - Major Works during 2023-24

The expenditure including this bill is Rs.3,11,16,000/- out of the allocation of

Rs.3,11,16,000/- and the proposal is vetted by Dy. Director of Accounts vide No. 0191 of 2023-24.

This is issued with the approval of Finance Department(EC) vide I.D. No. FIN(EC)
1476/2023-24/UD&PA dt. 06.02.2024.
