VENOUS venous (+300) patient: AVF/AVG: kink or bulge


50% – 70% of BFR CATHETER: clot or kink
Normal Qb = 180 90 – 120 machine: (+) clot – do flushing to visualize circuit
- STOP BFR, reinfusion (mechanical or manual)
for MANUAL REINFUSION > 20cc syringe, aspirate blood,
count how many cc returned

(access) BULGE (VENOUS): STOP BFR
