Provincial Meet Sports Challenge to be held on September 17-18 at Naval National High School
(NNHS), Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran. Anent to this, the undersigned coaches are requesting your
permission to allow your son/daughter, ____________________________, to participate in the said
competition/challenge.

Participation in this competition is very much important for the school as it will give merit to its
achievement as well as to the development of your son’s/daughter’s skills/talents in Sports. As such, it is
very much appreciated if you will give consent to your son/daughter regarding this matter.
