COVER LETTER

I got 5 years experience as Back Office Manager. Regularly use MS-OFFICE with OUTLOOK and Gmail. I
regularly use accountancy packages e.g. TALLY9 apart from special packages for Budget. We use Excell
for budgeting.

I have 05 years experience in Real Estate, service Apartment and Rental. I do liasioning with Govt.
statutory bodies and private agencies.

I handled Electricty bills, Internet rentals, House rents, Municipalty Taxes, Repairing and Maintenance of
Vehicles and Houses.

I have done courses in Office Management and I do HR courses regularly. Biometric Attendance system
along with salary, leave, selection, Interviews of Employees are done by me.

My last company is Super Shuttle Logistics and I work as Manager (Back Office, IT, Digital Marketing,
Accounts). My company arranges foreigners transportations and tours.

My brother in law is an Australian Govt. Officer, settled in Sydney for 20 years and I was member of
British Council Library for 10 years. I have given Mock IELTS and TOFEL many times. I am Visiting Faculty
of PG standard Computer courses and classes are taken in English apart from that my medium was
English.

My company was in Event Management and we organize Trade shows, Birthday parties and others.

I have worked as Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing is my specialization. We do social media
Marketing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SEO and SMO, SMS and E-Mail campaigning.

I am a citizen of India and Indian Passport holder.

Hindi and Marathi I know, Gujrathi I understand and learning.

I am a Computer Engineer and have High level of discretion, commitment, reliability, attention to detail
and ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated, flexible and a team player. Have ability to
multitask and give direction.
