THE STATEMENT

1. I confirm that I am familiar with the General Regulations for Residents of AGH UST Student Campus (MS AGH) in Cracow, the Regulations
of the AGH UST Computer Network, the Regulations of the Computer Network of the AGH UST Student Campus and the Rules of using
system keys in Dormitories of AGH UST Student Campus. I understand and agree to follow them.
2. I shall return upon my check-out all furnishings I have been provided with. I agree to cover all costs resulting from losses or damages of the
furnishings or the room. Payments shall be made in cash to the Dormitory Administration, according to the price list.
3. I accept the date and way of making payments for the place in the Dormitory and I shall pay all my dues on time.
4. I shall immediately inform the Dormitory Administration about my student, postgraduate student or employee status granting or deprivation.
5. The date of my check-out must be declared in the User Panel (tab “Accommodation”) at least 3 days before the planned check-
out.
6. When my Dormitory referral expires or when I am no longer granted a place in a Dormitory I shall vacate the occupied place immediately, as
well as remove all my private belongings on the day of my checking-out.
7. I hereby give consent for my personal data to be processed by the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow for the procedure of
accommodation in AGH UST Student Campus (MS AGH).
8. I confirm that I am familiar with, and I understand the evacuation instructions which I shall follow in case of evacuation.

EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS
(duties of Dormitory residents in case of fire)
Every Dormitory resident is obliged to:

check whether there are or not any asphyxiated people in the fire area and, if necessary, to organize immediate help for those who need it,
take up the extinguishing action as quickly as possible, using the hand equipment, as well as inform the Dormitory Reception about the fire,
leave the building heading for the emergency exits marked by direction arrows,
obey the commands of people coordinating the evacuation action.

The AGH UST Student Campus Administration informs that payments for the place in the Dormitory should be made monthly (in advance), before
the 15th day of each month on the bank account in Bank Pekao S.A. (the bank account number provided above).

In case of any rent arrears, a resident will be deprived of the right to stay in the Dormitory.

The AGH Student Campus (MS AGH) Administration kindly requests to accept and follow the rules below:

1. After your check-in please double-check immediately if the condition of the room and in the en-suite sanitary area is proper.
2. All defects noticed during moving in must be immediately reported in the USER PANEL MS AGH (available at https://panel.dsnet.agh.edu.pl/)
or in the Dormitory Administration office. Defects must be reported one day after the check-in at the latest.
3. During your stay, please report all mechanical defects, resulting from the current use of the room, into the appropriate (electrical, plumbing)
defect book, which can be found in the Dormitory Reception.
4. Costs of repairing mechanical defects and damages caused by the users are covered by the residents of the room or suite.
5. Costs of damages caused by unknown offenders in common space (such as corridors, kitchen, staircases, lifts and other common rooms) are
covered by all residents of each studio, floor or Dormitory.
6. Residents should segregate rubbish and take it out to appropriate containers situated out of the building. It is forbidden to store rubbish on the
corridors and in the halls.
7. Each resident is obliged to keep the place tidy as well as to look after the Dormitory property, both in the Dormitory and on the AGH Student
Campus (MS AGH) premises.
8. Rooms equipped with household, sporting, recreational or TV appliances that are at residents’ disposal should be used as intended, according to
the rules of use determined by Dormitory Managers and Councils of Residents.
9. The Dormitory Manager is entitled to re-lodge residents who occupy a room individually in order to recover free rooms.
10. Your resident card should be presented each time while entering the dormitory, at call of the security officers, MS AGH employees and
Council of Residents’ members.

Moreover, it is forbidden to: drill holes in walls, put up posters, paint furniture, install any additional systems, run a business, put up advertisements or
notices in places other than the marked ones, park cars within the AGH Student Campus (MS AGH) premises in places other than the marked ones
(car parks, parking bays). Students who do not comply with these rules shall be expelled from the Dormitory.
Within the AGH Student Campus (MS AGH):

you are obliged to keep silence between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

you are forbidden to drink alcohol in places other than the marked ones (student clubs and appurtenant gardens)
you are forbidden to smoke in places other than the marked ones.
All other cases are regulated by the General Regulations for the Residents of the AGH Student Campus (MS AGH) in Cracow.
