Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Advisor and provide support in administration, scheduling and client contact
• Process mutual funds and insurance transactions with timely follow up and confirmation
• Receive and respond to client, fund and insurance company inquiries
• Maintain filing, mailing and database systems
• Prepare, organize, and verify forms, receipts and other documents
• Assist and participate in specific projects / events as required
• Greet and assist onsite guests
Qualifications:
