POLICY AND GUIDELINES FOR MOBILE CONNECTION

1.1 Objectives: This policy provides guidelines for the issue of Mobile Phones for official/business requirements
of the InNow India Private Limited (the Company).
1.2 Applicability: Applicable to all employees below Board level.
1.3 Guidelines:
 Mobile connection shall be provided to an employee based on the job profile. It is purely a need-based
facility provided to an employee at the discretion of the company.
 All the mobile connections will be processed by the HR department after due approval of CEO/HOD. The HR
department will also monitor all mobile usage. The physical connection/handset will be provided by IT
department.
 The Company will only provide the connection and pay billing charges as described below. Cost of handset is
to be borne by the employee.
 The facilities such as Local, STD, international and authorized limit will be decided based on the job
requirement before issuing to the employee.
 International call roaming requires advice to the service provider from the Company and this facility is only
extended to employee who require this facility during the course of official business.
 The cost limit for mobile usage and the facilities approved shall be intimated to the employees while issuing
the mobile connection and a copy of which shall be forwarded to Accounts Department by HR & Admin
Department and a copy is retained in the personal file of the employee with due acknowledgment.
 If the monthly bill exceeds the approved usage limit, the same shall be recovered from the salary payable to
an employee can issue a cheque to the company.
 In case an employee resigns from the services of the company, he/she shall handover the SIM in working
condition to the IT department.
 All the calls will be monitored and should be used for official purpose only.
 No exchange of SIM card is allowed.
 Maximum bill limit eligibility is provided for positions as given below. However exceptions can occur as per
position requirement and entitlements may be altered accordingly with the approval of the
HOD/CEO/DERICTOR.

These limits exclude taxes. Any increase in the limit, incurred for official purpose may be approved
HOD/CEO.
 Multiple connections are not allowed.
 In case of theft / misplacement / damage of SIM card, IT department must be immediately informed for
replacement and fulfilment of other formalities.

Note: INNOW INDIA reserves the rights to amend this policy at its discretion. In case of amendments users will be
informed appropriately
