Before we started our laboratory on this day, I and partner Andre Leru Longcop
went to the market buy to all the needed ingredients. As soon as we finished buying the
ingredients, we hurriedly went to the Home Economics Department, Practice House Laboratory to
prepare everything we need in this activity.
After cooking our Chicken Soup and Chicken Spaghetti Noodles, Ma’am Gina
Irader is now ready for food testing. At first, I and my partner Andrea really felt nervous. Because
both us are not sure if our products is taste good or not than the other group partners, but it turns
out that our product was the most successful than the other partners. The joy we felt and the
complement we received boasted our pride more.

Boiled chicken 1 cup (shredded)
¼ kilo potato
¼ kilo carrot
1 tsp salt
1 tsp blck pepper
½ cup corn flour
3 pcs egg white
1 tbsp vinegar
