Topic: Dealing with separatist movements worldwide while enforcing national
integrity
Preambulatory Clauses:
a. Alarmed by the heavy increase of separatist movements around the world

b. Deeply concerned about the countries and the political parties who support
separatism

c. Taking into consideration the fact that the main purpose is to integrate and
assimilate the minorities into the sovereign nation’s society

d. Keeping in mind the institutions and fundaments that define a state or an


autonomic region (constitution, laws, parliament, government, international
recognition, etc.)

e. Observing that all of the separatist movements who failed were stopped by
force

Operative Clauses

1. Demands that all the states implement vetting processes conducted by


local authorities before approving all ethnic minorities’ social events
(cultural marches, meetings, etc.)
2. Affirms that educational systems should promote patriotism and national
integrity.
3. Urges all the ethnic minorities to learn the official language of the
country they live in.
4. Requests all the countries to invest in the pro-separatist territories as
much as they do in the rest of the country in order not to discriminate.
5. Takes note of the importance of multicultural activities and school
projects by:
a. Investing in younger generation cooperation between
different ethnic groups within the educational systems on
multicultural projects
b. Supporting student exchange within the country for
maintaining proper relations between the citizens

6. Demands the reorganization of each country’ Parliamentary seats so


minorities are properly represented regarding only decisions that would
affect them as a national minority.
7. Calls upon the promotion of the national sentiment and national integrity
by the use of media and social-media.
8. Recommends the punishment of those who reject the idea of the
integration of national minorities into the sovereign state.
a. First instances of violation of national integrity will result in a
small fine.
b. Repeated instances will result in jail time.
9. Decides to remain actively seized on the matter.
