V. Leave and retirement benefits

Sec. 24 After 7 years in service, teachers can be entitled to study leave not exceeding one year. It is scheduled by the
Department of Education. You need to study syempre while they will pay you with at least 60 % of your original salary.
You are not allowed to accumulate more than 1 year unless you need another semester to finish everything.

VII. Administration and enforcement

Sec. 31 The Sec. of Ed. will submit to Congress annually the budgetary estimates to implement the Act.
