The Grade VI-Gold HRPTA Officers, represented by its President Jonas Lomonsing, of legal age, Filipino,
married and resident of Deborok, Pagadian City, hereinafter called as donor, of Deborok Elementary School,
Deborok, Pagadian City, represented by Sarah Jane L. Mangumpit the class adviser, hereinafter called as donee.
That the donor, as taken of their love and generosity with the school, hereby donate a Science Appararus
Cabinet, Bamboo Cabinet, Bamboo Chair and Rubbish Bin to be used in classroom instruction.
That the Donee, hereby accepts the donation and extend its heartfelt appreciation to the donor.
