Scope of Works

I. Clearing of ground floor and 2nd floor area:

a. Removal of all aquarium materials.
b. Removal of all motors and any other industry equipment at the ground floor.
c. Removal of all recoverable and unrecoverable materials.
d. Hauling of all demolished concrete materials.
II. Demolition at 2nd floor area:
a. Removal of all roofing and trusses.
b. Demolition of all concrete, wooden walling, post and temporary or fix partitions inside.
c. Demolition of 2nd floor concrete flooring.
d. Removal of all I-beam trusses.
e. Demolition of all concrete post and slabs.
f. Hauling of all demolished concrete materials.
III. Demolition at ground floor.
a. Demolition of concrete and metal wallings.
b. Demolition of entire concrete flooring for ground zero.
c. Hauling of all demolished concrete materials.
IV. Commissioning.
a. Debugging of STP operation.
b. Training of operators.
c. Effluent sampling.
