About us 
We are selective with who we hire to work with our participants. We won’t hire 
anyone we wouldn’t want working with our own family members. Our 
employees are caring and very involved with the participants. They are trained 
in participant independence, confidentiality, participant rights, policies and 
procedures, correct and consistent implementation of program implementation 
plans, behavior techniques, fire and safety issues, and they are CPR and First 
Aid certified. Staff are also required to pass a criminal history background 
check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
