Ok I figured out why it stutters so badly: It's the 4k texture map that requires like 8GB+ VRAM to run
smoothly (TITAN). Instead of having your settings on Extra, put them on High. Will get average
60FPS+ from there on with no lags and stuttering. (i7 930, 16GB RAM, R9 260X 4GB). Bad port lol.

just wait a few minutes or longer. if you don't have a top of the line system it's gonna be black
for a few minutes at least. mine is, and i have a six core 3.8ghz, 16gb ram, 2 2GB (4GB) R9
270X's in crossfire mode, all on SSD's and I STILL have to wait like 2 minutes of black screen
when i start this game.
