1. In terms of SRO 57 of Health and Medical Education Department dated 17th of

January, 2019, the Board has approved the selection criteria for the posts

3. The candidates shall be shortlisted for each item in the ratio of 1:5 for Counselling
and Documents verification only on the basis of merit acquired by the candidate in
the written test.
4. A provisional shortlist will be notified requiring the candidates to appear for
counselling along with their Original documents/certificates. A candidate would
finally be recommended, as selected, to the concerned department only after his/her
eligibility is found to be in order as per the rules.
5. Any such, candidate who remains absent or fails to produce his/her
documents shall be declared “disqualified”. The candidates are as such being
notified in advance to keep their documents ready for the counselling sessions.
