1. Explain what is ESP? How does it develop? and how is ESP different from General English?

2. Need analysis is generally regarded as one of the criteria of ESP. How do you conduct Needs

Analysis before starting your ESP class?

3. Explain what are the factors affecting ESP course design and how do they connect each other?

4. What is the function of evaluation in ESP course? What is the subject? Who carries out the

evaluation and how it is conducted?

5. The success of ESP course does not merely depend on teacher and method but it also on the

student. What are the roles of teacher and student in determining the success of ESP course?

And what are the problems of ESP course that we commonly find?
