The 2019 CROSSFIT® FRENCH THROWDOWN 1

CrossFit® French Throwdown 2019

Welcome to the 2019 CrossFit® French Throwdown.

First, on behalf of the Reebok CrossFit Louvre team, we would like to thank
you for your time and your commitment.
The success of our event lies upon you and your participation.

As a sanctioned event, the CrossFit French Throwdown will enable 6 more of

you to receive an invitation to the CrossFit Games. However our main goal is
to have a memorable weekend for 540 athletes, 300 coaches, 200 volunteers,
200 partners and thousands of spectators.

As athletes, box owners, spectators, volunteers or partners, we only have a

few occasions to meet and to share a moment with our community. That is the
reason why event exists and we hope you will enjoy it as much as possible.

After a nice and hot 2018 edition, we will be heading to a new venue in 2019 :
The National Vélodrome of St Quentin-en-Yvelines. The Vélodrome is an
exceptional all in one venue that will give the event the flexibility in needs to
grow.

This year, the competition will be better and bigger than ever, we will use
once again two competition areas and will host more athletes, more
volunteers and more partners. Consequently it is even more important for you
to understand how the three days will go in order to give you the best
experience possible.

Registration will take place on Thursday between 2 and 8:45pm and will be
mandatory for all the athletes. You will also need to take part in the briefing
that will take place at 6:30pm.
Every category will compete starting on the Friday morning.

On Sunday after the podium, you are invited to stay with us in the partner
village where we will share a drink. If you are interested in continuing the party
all night long, we will recommend addresses in Paris where you will be more
than welcome.

In this document, you will find information on where and when you will have to
be through the event. Use it as your main source of information to find your
way during the three days. If you have any question please feel free to contact
us: frenchthrowdown@reebokcrossfitlouvre.com

We truly hope you will have an epic week-end!

The 2019 CrossFit® French Throwdown team.
