I have bought 30 days of license but can’t download any documents on scribd.

Previously I managed to
download some documents right after purchasing. However after successful attempts, I tried to
download again, nothing happens. The files supposed to be saved on my computer storage
(C:/download) didn’t happen.

I know a way is to install scribd mobile but files only stored in the apps. I wanted to download and save
documents on my computer storage. Whats wrong to scibd? Previously I managed to save it all, then
when I tried again, it had no successful results.
