DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
Design the exterior overhead Rolling shutter assemblies
exposed to weather conditions to withstand a wind load of
1.0 kPa with a maximum deflection of 1/120th of the span,
wind speed resistance 70 km/h class 8
77C slats with HD polyurethane 5200x2100 can withstand a
wind load of 400Pa (92Km/h) in GE36/100 guide bars. The %
of the span at 70Km/h is unknown. 1KPa = winds of 147km/h,
the door cannot withstand that.

Warranty
Submit a written warranty for the Works of this Section
for five (5) years.

Where any part of the Works of this Section, including design,

fabrication or installation are sublet to any third party, such
party shall provide a collateral warranty equivalent to the
warranty for the Works of this Section.
Electric operation
Motor Minimum 3/4 H.P., tubular type electric power We can supply motors of 80, 100 & 120Nm (not KNm). They
type , 80-120 KN.M are 330-350w; 3/4 HP = 559w, so motors are below minimum.
Rated speed 15 RPM 80Nm=15rpm; 100Nm=12rpm; 120Nm=9rpm
